Universal Strength & Coating
Constructed from high‑strength Q345B or HG60 steel beams and side frames, fully welded with advanced automated welding, the trailer frame resists torsion and bending.  The painting process includes one coat of anticorrosive primer and two coats of final paint to ensure corrosion resistance and exterior durability
Axles & Tires
Standard axle brands: FUWA or BPW, rated ~13 t/axle.  Tires: 12R22.5 or 11.00R20 vacuum/triangular heavy‑duty tires from FUWA or equivalent.  Rims: 9.0 × 22.5 steel rims.  The followed specs deliver excellent stability, rolling resistance, and longevity
Suspension & Ride Stability
Mechanical multi‑leaf springs (10–13 layers) sized 90 × 13 mm or 90 × 16 mm provide rugged reliability.  Optional air suspension upgrades offer smoother rides, adjustable load leveling, and reduced fatigue during heavy long‑haul operations
Braking & Lighting
Equipped with a standard 24 V pneumatic air‑brake system, optional ABS available.  Lighting assemblies include LED/reliable tail lights, brake, turn signals, side lamps, and reflectors for enhanced safety and compliance
ISO Container Compatibility

Raw‑material selection: Q345B/HG60 high‑tensile structural steel beams and plates
Beam cutting & forming: CNC high‑precision plasma cutting, forming of main girder and side beams
Welding: Robot‑assisted full automatic welding (frame, cross‑members, brackets)
Assembly: Suspension, axles, twist locks, kingpin, landing legs fitment by certified technicians
Painting: Pretreatment → anti‑corrosive primer → final coat(s) in customer color
Quality inspection: Structural integrity, weld inspection, dimension check, painting finish
Static load test & finishing touches
Load‑Capacity Testing
Static load test: individual trailer undergoes structure load validation up to 110 % of rated payload.
Dynamic/road test simulation: vertical fatigue and bending tests on load-bearing beams and suspension.
Brake system validation: air brake pressure, response time, leak test, optional ABS functional test.
Container twist lock tests: locking/unlocking force and engagement repeated cycles to check reliability.
Shipping & Packaging
Packaging: delivered as naked export unit (bulk), or loaded into 40HQ / 45HQ container (two trailers per 45HQ with minor disassembly), or Ro‑Ro deck shipping.
Protection: critical points (bearing, electronics, paint edges) are wax‑ or film‑wrapped; chassis frame lightly coated in anti‑rust oil.
